Everything you need to know about your account and orders.

Yes! If you are interested in wholesale purchasing our line, you can sign up through our Wholesale Portal and shop on the site. If you have any issues or further quetsions, please email amanda@pennylinndesigns.com.

You can apply to be a Wholesaler HERE. Please have your EIN and resale certificate ready.

Once we have reviewed your applicaition for approval, you will get an email to set up your account. From there, follow the steps to create your new account and you will be able to shop.

Just head over to the login page and hit "forgot password" to either finish setting up your account or to log in and start shopping.

No worries, just head to the login page and hit "forgot password" to create a new one.

If you login, there will be an "order history" tab on your account page with all the information from your past purchases with us.

Please be sure you are logged in to your wholesale account to see the pages correctly.

WHOLESALE CANVAS + ACCESSORIES

Information on custom orders, prodcut information, wholesale specific items and more.

Yes! We are pleased to do so. Any listing marked "early access" is available to buy before it hits our store.

Anything marked "pre-order" will also have early access when the item arrives in our offices.

Make sure you are signed up for our email newsletter so you can stay up to date on new and early access items.

Yes with a threshold minimum! We'd be happy to talk more about designing custom canvas or accessories for your store. Please email amanda@pennylinndesigns.com to get started.

You might not be logged into your account. To make sure you are shopping wholesale items, always look for the strike through MSRP price.

Everything we offer wholesale, is available to view on our website. You can do so by navigating: Menu > Shop > Wholesale > All Items

Not currently, but we do have items that are no longer available through our DTC website.

We also offer special orders for items (like canvases and accessories) that have sold out and will not restock on our website.

Anything marked "available for order" is in stock and ready to ship.

Anything marked "special order" will be a custom order for your store and we will communicate shipping times.

SHIPPING AND MINIMUMS

Our shipping details, buying minimums and more.

All wholesale orders will have a $15 flat fee. This cost covers the cost of priority USPS shipping, insurance, shipping materials, and allows for multipule packages to be sent.

Any order over $500 will ship free.

We ship wholesale from two locations and ship as your order is ready so it can come in multipule packages.

Anything in stock will ship within 7 business days. Please note that we ship wholesale from two offices, so your order may come in different packages.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as items are sent out.

Yes we do. Currently have orders set to $100 minimum OR 10 items (which can include a mix of canvases and/or accessoires).

We accept all major credit cards.

At this time, no. We can only accept credit card payment through our website.
