About Penny Linn:

Penny Linn is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce needlepoint stores in the country. We offer hand-painted needlepoint canvases, custom accessories, and all the tools and help you need to needlepoint. Our team is rapidly growing and is looking for extra help in the day-to-day operations in our Westport, CT location. 

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who can (and wants) to do it all, is passionate about needlepoint, and wants to grow with us long-term. This person has a lot of drive, tenacity, enthusiasm, and a stellar work ethic. Someone passionate, kind, uplifting, and encouraging to new and old needlepointers finding Penny Linn for the first or 10th time. Our ideal candidate is creative, a go-getter, a self-starter, a people person, friendly and energetic, and an experienced needlepointer.

SHOWROOM COORDINATOR / ASSOCIATE

Part time | 10-20 hours a week

Responsibilities:

•Pick, pack, and ship web orders

•Greet and assist customers in the showroom to make them feel welcomed

•Receive deliveries and help with in-store merchandise pick-ups

•Complete showroom duties such as creating customer thread kits, thread re-orders, assisting with in-store classes & events, supporting the management team as needed, and any other duties assigned.

E-COMMERCE FULFILLMENT MANAGER

Full time | Salary 

Responsibilities:

This role will handle the day-to-day order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation. It will also help organize the shipping areas, make the best and most efficient use of space, manage the day-to-day activities of warehouse staff, oversee and receive physical inventory, work through the Shopify backend, help with customer service on special orders, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals.

Experience:

At least one year of retail experience preferred

Knowledge of Shopify's backend or something similar is a plus
